11 month warranty inspection
All safety hazards, repairs, and adjustments should be professionally documented BEFORE your Builder is relieved of their responsibility under the one year warranty.
Pre-listing
We help you determine how serious any problems are, which must be immediately addressed and which can wait. The more you know about your home, the more prepared you will be for negotiation.
Re-inspections
When your initial home inspection returns an inspection report that flags certain items as defective, you may want to consider scheduling this follow-up inspection service before final negotiations to by the home.
Commercial inspections
We offer commercial inspections for properties such as small to mid-size offices and warehouses, apartment complexes and retail.
Our commercial property inspection will give you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so that you will have all the facts you need to make a sound, informed decision.
Thorough commercial inspections identify possible faults in the utilities, flooring, roofing, plumbing, frame and electric and HVAC systems, as well as the general safety of the property. Our goal is to provide you with all the information you need to make the right decision, whether you are looking to sell, buy or simply evaluate. Our workers use a plethora of different tools and machines to assist them in their work, in turn providing you with more accurate and prompt results.
New Construction Phase inspections
Phase 1 Pre-pour inspection
On the pre-pour inspection we are checking to make sure that all the preparation work is completed before pouring concrete.
Phase 2 Pre drywall inspection
On the structural inspection, we will check the entire roofing system and all roof penetrations. We are inspecting the entire framing system of the home, load bearing walls and all other structural members.
Phase 3 Final inspection
We go through the entire home both structurally and mechanically, testing all mechanical systems and appliances, along with flooring, cabinetry, and other finishes.
Ancillary inspections

Pool and spa inspection
Just as a home inspection informs you about the condition of the home you are interested in purchasing, a pool inspection informs you about the condition of the pool. This service can be added with an initial inspection or it can be conducted independently.
Sprinkler system inspection
Sprinkler system leaks and failures can lead to high water bills and potential damage to your new home or property. Before you purchase a home with a sprinkler system, have it inspected.
